A somewhat biased view on China…
Beijing plan to provide a list of 300 ‘Tasty Restaurants’ to be recommended to foreign guests attending the Beijing Olympic Games. 148 are already in the list with amongst others Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant (全聚德) and Moscow Restaurant near Ritan Park. 150 more will be added before the Games.
This first list has been selected by netizens on Sohu.com’s channel ‘eating and drinking’. The list has then been reviewed the Bureau and Food Associations for criteria such as facilities, sanitation, environment, services and management.
I’m sure Morel’s also made it in this first list… but I want to check by myself! So…
Question: Does someone know where we could find this list?
