A somewhat biased view on China…
Disneyland HK just opened its doors to the public this Monday 12th of September. In order to avoid an economic disaster similar to the one of Disneyland Paris, they took special care to include Chinese Culture from the very negining. An expert in Fengshui helped them to organize the park, the burnt incense at the end of the construction of each building and one of the ballroom is 888 square meters. I hope it will help them!

They are expecting five to six million visitors in their opening year. If the first year goes smoothly and both the local government - owning 53% of the park - and Disney see benefits, they will start the phase two of the project.

Heard on the radio yesterday regarding the bad behaviours of the chinese while visiting disneyland HK (smoking in non smoking areas, parent allowing children easing everywhere…). Should publish the report in beijing to help to build a cultured society for the olympic!!!
