So we’re gonna hav to watch out with our illegal scooters or what? I don’t believe this is gonna change anything personnally, loads of talking. The amount of action is miserable. Juste like they say that they just destroyed 1 billion illegal DVDs around China, you just cross the road from the office and still can buy your dvds.

I can tell you that they are really doing it!! today the police stopped me because I was going in the opposite direction with my bicycle. The police was ticketing a chinese guy, but I though they will not tell me anything so went straight to them. Then the policeman stoppes me and tells me in a perfect chinese that I was in the wrong lane. Of course my chinese is not that perfect but it was easy to undersand. at the end he didn’t ticket me but didn’t let me continue so I had to walk.
They were stopped in DongSi Shi Tiao with the Er Huan, 150 metres from my office. I hope they will not be there tomorrow!!
